Job Description:
As an Optical Sales Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through the selection of eyewear and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include frame and lens selection, appointment management, and accurate record keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their optical needs.
• Advise on the latest eyewear trends and optical technologies.
• Process transactions and manage cash and credit payments.
• Schedule and manage appointments for eye exams.
• Maintain precise patient records.
• Manage inventory, including stocking and ordering optical supplies.
• Keep the display area organized and visually attractive.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic computer, phone, and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with a high level of accuracy.
• Proven sales skills with accountability for sales results and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
