As an order picker, you ensure that flowers and plants are distributed correctly and on time. You work with a headset and electric trolley to retrieve the carts from the buffer and distribute the flowers accurately.
You start with two paid training days to familiarise yourself with the logistics process, the trolley and the voice-controlled headset system. You then follow a 12-week onboarding program during which you receive guidance.
Accuracy and focus are essential: you will carefully count and collect flower boxes to ensure that everything is correct.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 6 a.m., an average of 20–25 hours per week. Minimum availability of 3 days per week.
