Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: Provides administrative support for Medical and Health & Performance departments. Manages confidential medical records and ensures compliance. Coordinates and adjusts appointments for providers and guests. Handles guest check-in, billing, and paperwork requirements Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Preferred knowledge in Electronic Health Records systems. Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations. Possesses a working knowledge of medical office operations. Knowledge of office & administrative protocols. Demonstrates an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application.
