Description The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh is seeking compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our Pediatric Specialty Hospital team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate care to infants and children with medical complexities within a supportive, mission-driven environment. This part-time position works a minimum of 40 hours per pay period (every two weeks) and includes two weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. More about our Pediatric Specialty Hospital here! Ability to work cooperatively within the framework of the nursing team. Physical ability necessary for constant standing, walking, and lifting 10 to 50 lbs. High level of stamina necessary for the frequent lifting and moving of patients and the carrying of supplies and equipment. Emotional/mental ability to perform effectively and efficiently under the daily pressure of stressful or emergency situations.
