Description What You’ll Do: Welcome new patients and families, creating a warm and positive first impression. Guide patients through the scheduling and onboarding process to ensure a seamless start to treatment. Build trusting relationships with patients, families, and teammates through clear and caring communication. Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical staff, and front-office team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls throughout each day. Ongoing administration tasks. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills — you make patients feel comfortable and confident. Strong attention to detail with great organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Experience in Customer Service. Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and discussing financial arrangements.
