Description

A professional Foot Clinic in Bolton is seeking a part- time patient experience coordinator who is friendly, reliable and able to commit, long term for evenings and rotational Saturdays.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for all patient’s attending the Foot Specialist’s (Chiropodist) clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be proficient in reading and writing English
  • Experience working in a similar role an asset, not necessary
  • Must have excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Must be organized/attention to detail
  • Must be a team player and reliable
Responsibilities
  • Booking appointments
  • Confirming patent’s appointments
  • Handle phone/email inquiries
  • Entering/updating/ patient data & third party coverage into the EMR software
  • Send & respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Process payments & Invoices
  • Process product sales
  • Prepare paperwork for products & services
  • Scanning & linking documents to patients files
  • Call third party Insurance for coverage
  • Opening and closing the clinic
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Google
  • Ability to learn quickly EMR software
  • Stock supplies
  • Disinfecting between patient’s
  • End of day general cleaning of the clinic & garbage removal
