Key Responsibilities: Greet patients in a friendly and timely manner Assist patients in completing necessary forms for electronic health records Maintain and update patient demographic and insurance information Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays Ensure smooth patient flow by efficiently processing arrivals Respond to patient inquiries regarding registration and billing Direct medical-related questions to appropriate clinical staff Schedule appointments with the appropriate physician Scan documents into the electronic health record Perform other duties as assigned Schedule: Thursday & Friday - 8AM-5PM Requirements Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a medical office or customer service setting. Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Time management and organizational skills Attention to detail
