ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent international qualification).
  • DOH license (or eligibility to practice in the UAE).
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in pediatric physiotherapy, with exposure to both MSK and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Confident in managing complex pediatric cases, including infants and children with special needs.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and strong documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, digital clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to CPD through regular participation in relevant courses and evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This advanced-level role (Band 7 equivalent) offers a unique opportunity to lead in the assessment and management of a diverse pediatric caseload, spanning both musculoskeletal (MSK) and neurodevelopmental conditions.
This position is ideal for an experienced clinician looking for a flexible schedule while contributing to a high-quality, family-centered physiotherapy service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently assess and manage a wide-ranging pediatric caseload including MSK conditions, developmental delays, and neurological disorders.
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to newborns, infants, and young children.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Participate in monthly in-service training (IST) and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide mentorship and clinical leadership to junior staff where appropriate.
  • Engage in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
