JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and flexible Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. The role will primarily involve liaising with clients, managing communication, and assisting with follow-up tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also handle general administrative tasks and assist in maintaining client relationships. The position offers flexibility to work both from the venue and from home.

Client Liaison: Communicate with potential and current clients via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries, offer venue information, and provide exceptional customer service.
Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring that clients are fully informed about the services we offer and assisting in their decision-making process.
Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with event planning logistics as needed.
Database Management: Maintain and update client records and track communication through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
General Office Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Venue Support: Assist on-site at the venue when needed for meetings with clients, showings, or event coordination.
