REQUIREMENTS

• Active pharmacist license in the state of Ontario

• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications.
• Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to enhance understanding and adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication plans for patients.
• Monitor patient outcomes related to medication therapy and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
