POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Customer Relations Manager, this position is responsible for the Winner’s Circle Rewards loyalty program. This role will provide the highest level of customer service, including greeting customers, providing information on site events and promotions, and explaining the benefits of and enrolling patrons in the Winner’s Circle program. The Player Services Representative will be enthusiastic and outgoing while engaging guests to provide a memorable entertainment experience.
