JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing & HVAC Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to move into a full-time role in the future (or remain part-time, if preferred).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in both plumbing and HVAC.
• Proficiency in project management and estimating tasks.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding pricing and services.
• Familiarity with construction estimating practices and principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC & plumbing.

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time position with flexible hours.
• Potential to expand into full-time if desired, or remain part-time.
