Our full-service hotel houses 166 guest rooms, bar, restaurant, and 4500sqft of event and meeting spaces. We are located down the road from the Charleston Airport and across from the Tanger Outlet Mall. Position Summary: The PM Attendant is a multi-tasking role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property during evening hours. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting overall hotel operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with brand and company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby and pool restrooms Monitor lobby and pool bathrooms regularly to ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and overall presentation Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens as needed Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests (e.g., delivering items, addressing concerns) Ensure all assigned areas meet safety, sanitation, and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest needs Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations Competencies: Attention to Detail - Constantly - Before releasing rooms back into inventory, ensure room has been cleaned thoroughly and ready for inspection Communication. - Constantly.
