School Social Worker (Part-Time) – Illinois | January–June 2025 Our Organization is seeking a licensed School Social Worker to partner with an Illinois school district for a part-time assignment covering the remainder of the school year. This position runs from January 5 through June 3 and is scheduled for two days per week during standard school hours, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In this role, you will provide direct social-emotional and counseling support to students, helping address behavioral, emotional, and social needs that impact learning. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families, contribute to problem-solving and IEP meetings as appropriate, and support the implementation of interventions that promote student well-being and success. Your work will be essential in fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment. Further Details: Immediate interview availability. Part-time schedule (two days per week). School-day hours: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Supportive school team and collaborative environment. Requirements Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement.
