Description

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our two busy clinics, located in Tranent and Bruntsfield (just 30 minutes apart).
As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services across both sites, leading and supporting staff, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage resources, streamline processes, and contribute to the long-term growth of the clinics.
Our clinics are home to multidisciplinary teams who work collaboratively to deliver the highest standard of care. We pride ourselves on fostering a social, supportive team culture, with regular team offsites, collaboration across disciplines, and a commitment to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operations or practice management role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel between Tranent and Bruntsfield as required.
  • A proactive, supportive, and team-oriented approach to leadership.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £30.00-£45.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 per week
