Description Description: Etai’s Food is a local, family-owned company with a food production plant specialized in ready-to-eat products and catering. We are looking for Production Prep Cook for our facility in North Denver. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 Sunday to Tuesday Essential Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of meals. Proficiently and safely utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils, include chopping knives and vegetable grinders. Receive product from vendors and put away Basic porter duties of cleaning and organizing Understand par levels and cooking times Must follow recipes and weight standards, have high production experience. Maintains an efficient, safe, and sanitary work environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Two years’ experience in large-scale food preparation equipment, commercial food production experience preferred but not required. Ability to complete repetitive tasks Must be flexible, accurate, and detail oriented Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Use of both hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds of weight frequently and 50 pounds occasionally throughout assigned workday.
