SUPER FAST PACE, we feed hundreds/thousands of people and we are growing with more opportunities. Looking for part time prep cooks to do all the take out and support the catering team.
Must have great communication!!! We have a big team and we need to make sure we are all communicating well!

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency in quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
