REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production crew. You’ll assist with prepping orders and operating a heat press to decorate apparel. No prior print shop experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare garments and materials for production
• Operate heat press equipment to apply graphics to apparel
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Organize completed orders for packaging and delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
