Join us as a Produce Clerk! We are looking for an energetic, community-oriented and experienced individual to work as a Produce Clerk at our Germantown location. This position is part-time with an anticipated 20-29 hours per week. Open availability is preferred; availability Morning and Weekends required. Responsibilities Include: Receive product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy. Stock, rotate, and cull produce as necessary Maintaining back-stock areas according to department standards. Maintaining produce displays Assist other clerks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Other duties as assigned by department head. Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations. Wears protective clothing as required for position. Understands and utilizes safe lifting procedures and proper step stools. Requirements Morning and Weekends required Previous produce experience preferred A commitment to the mission and goals of Weavers Way Co-op. Proven customer service or retail experience is a plus. Great attention to detail. Good communication and people skills. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The ability to remain standing for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours. Be, or become upon hiring, a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-op.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include receiving product deliveries, ensuring accuracy, and performing tasks such as stocking, rotating, and culling produce according to department standards. The clerk will also maintain displays and assist other team members as needed to meet business requirements.
