What you’ll do:

• Serve customers on the sales floor and at the front checkouts in a fast paced business environment.
• Stock merchandise on the correct counter and space according to company standards including pricing.
• Maintain planogram integrity by keeping planogram clean and front facing the department(s).
• Keep the work area clean and hazard free.
• Follow safe work habits as per Company policy and procedure.
• Maintain backroom standards, e.g. ensure egress are not blocked, carts are placed appropriately.
• Unload and unpack shipments, verifying quantities, and checking for damages.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying potential shortages.
• Other duties including but not limited to tasks such as generating price tags, assisting with special displays, etc.

• Experience stocking shelves in a grocery or retail environment would be an asset.
• Experience working in the Fresh departments (Produce and/or Meat, Bakery or Deli) would be an asset.
• Experience operating a pallet jack or power jack would be an asset.
• Computer skills would be an asset.
• First Aid certification would be an asset.
