Requirements What We're Looking For Must-Haves: Genuine interest in plants and eagerness to learn horticulture Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive and self-directed Be able to commit to a regular part-time schedule Physical fitness to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for 4-hour periods, and work on ladders up to 10 feet Ability to operate manual transmission tractors (or willingness to learn quickly) Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours when needed Authorization to work in the United States Ability to pass drug screening and post-offer physical assessment You'll Thrive Here If You: Love working outdoors in all seasons (yes, even the hot summers and chilly winters!)
