Functions: A Part-Time Professor is required for the following course: Term Course code   Course title Faculty Autumn 2026 EPE 5101 Social philosophy Faculties of Human Sciences and Philosophy   Description of the delivery mode (000): This type of course is offered in the classroom, in the presence of the professor and students Date Schedule Mode of Delivery Language September 9, 2026- December 9, 2026 Monday 5:30PM-8:30PM In person EN Course description: Study of the philosophical underpinnings of social life from the theoretical approaches of living together and of the common good, to problems of contemporary societies, such as solidarity and social citizenship rights in an era of increasing inequality.  Required experience and qualifications: * Doctorate in philosophy or political science or related discipline * Research related to the evolution of social rights in the context of 21st century developments such as the growth of digital technologies or the increase of global inequalities is an asset.  * Passive proficiency in the second official language * Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns. * Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools Please submit your application (letter of intent and CV) online using the job posting system, by June 24, 2026, 11:59 PM.  Applicants must clearly indicate in their cover letter the specific course for which they are applying.
