Functions: A Part-Time Professor is required for the following course: Term Course code   Course title Faculty Autumn 2026 INS 3514 Accessibility and Ableism Faculties of Human Sciences and Philosophy   Description of the delivery mode (000): This type of course is offered in the classroom, in the presence of the professor and students Date Schedule Mode of Delivery Language September 9, 2026- December 9, 2026 Tuesday 1:30PM-4:30PM In person FR Course description: Study of different strategies to foster the conditions of solidarity needed for organizations to actively include people living with disabilities. Required experience and qualifications: * A Ph.D. in philosophy, the humanities, or the social sciences, or equivalent experience * Research on ableism, disability, (critical) disability studies and/or crip theory, and their interplay with various power dynamics * Teaching experience * Passive proficiency in the second official language * Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns. * Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools * Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with members of the teaching team of the School of Social Innovation during the term Please submit your application (letter of intent and CV) online using the job posting system, by June 24, 2026, 11:59 PM.  Applicants must clearly indicate in their cover letter the specific course for which they are applying. Responsibilities
The professor will deliver the INS 3514 course on Accessibility and Ableism in person from September to December 2026. Responsibilities include teaching students strategies for organizational inclusion of people with disabilities and participating in teaching team meetings.
