JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Roxelyn and Richard Pepper Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northwestern University is searching for a Part- Time temporary employee. This position is critical to maintaining the compliance of our MS-SLL professional program and PhD Program. This person is responsible for assisting the PhD Program Director with admissions, answering emails from prospective students, entering program funding, creating union contracts and TA assignment letters, and scheduling meetings. This person is also responsible for assisting the MS-SLL Program Director with organizing program events, entering student data into databases for accreditation reports, answering student and alumni emails, verifying prerequisites and transcripts, and checking course enrollments to ensure students are enrolled in the correct courses for graduation.
