Department of Chinese Language and Literature Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s) The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support to a teaching development project on enhancing proficiency in spoken Chinese, which includes liaising with potential guest speakers, managing event operations, and processing administrative documents; (b) co-ordinating the project’s promotional activities, such as designing promotional materials and managing the project’s social media platforms; (c) supervising the work of student helpers; (d) assisting with the preparation of project reports and evaluation documents; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iii) rich experience in creating graphic designs; and (iv) good communication and interpersonal skills. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for an interview. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis commencing January 2026 and ending in June 2026.
