Description
Faculty of Law Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s) The appointee(s) will be responsible for providing programme administrative support. Duties include (a) providing admissions support; (b) maintaining student records; (c) providing logistical support for classes, assessments, and student activities; (d) assisting with examination invigilation; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. He/She will be required to work at the CUHK Graduate Law Centre, located in the Bank of America Tower, Central. Classes and invigilation sessions may be scheduled on weekday mornings, afternoons, or evenings, as well as on Saturday mornings and afternoons. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility, with good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Prior experience in invigilating public examinations or teaching at secondary schools or tertiary institutions will be an advantage. Applicants should clearly indicate their availability in their application, and will be required to attend a briefing session prior to commencement of duties. Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
