Job Title: Part-Time Project Coordinator Schedule: 4 days per week, 4 hours per day (16 hours/week) Compensation: $18/hour Location: Austin/Liberty Hill/Remote About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support projects across SafeSplash and A Grade Ahead. This role is part-time and will focus on overseeing project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and supporting company managers. The Project Coordinator will regularly report updates to the Director and will also assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track progress of projects across SafeSplash and A Grade Ahead. Collaborate with managers from both companies to gather updates, identify risks, and keep initiatives on schedule. Provide concise project updates and reports to the Director. Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to maintain project timelines, tasks, and documentation. Perform administrative and organizational tasks as directed, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation. Monitor deadlines and ensure effective communication between stakeholders. Assist in problem-solving and process improvement to support project success. Qualifications Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with project management software and MS Office/Google Workspace tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities within limited hours. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Schedule & Compensation Part-time: 16 hours/week (4 days, 4 hours per day). Pay: $16-$18 per hour. Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
