JOB DESCRIPTION:

The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to configure project data and dashboards within the ServiceNow Project Management module. This is a remote, part-time role requiring 20 hours per week during standard Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) business hours.
Note: Depending on the candidate’s location, equipment pickup in person may be required on the first day.

Experience:

• ServiceNow: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Project: 3 years (Required

• Set up and manage the IT Project Portfolio using ServiceNow.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Coordinate tasks, delegate deliverables, and manage team collaboration.
• Maintain integrated project plans, status reports, issue/risk logs, and scope documents.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, ensure cross-functional team alignment.
• Support project governance, training, and process improvement.
• Handle both enhancements to existing systems and new technology implementations.

  Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 per week
