Henley Build, a dynamic, residential focused, design & build firm working in London & Home counties. We are currently looking for an experienced Part Time Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting role for a construction professional who has site based residential experience in refurbishment, extensions and New Build projects.

DUTIES - PROJECT MANAGER:

• Visit all sites in your portfolio on a regular basis
• Track profitability and programme on all schemes
• Ensure all sites are ran correctly, tidy, organised and H&S compliant
• Researching products, supplier quotes and comparing subcontractor competitive quotations
• Assisting technical aspects of schemes between architects, interior designers, engineers and contractors
• Set up project timeline schedules (ms project) and update week-by-week
• Weekly client and project team meetings
• Prepare weekly plans and submit weekly reports to senior team
• Managing sub-contractor relationships
• CDM awareness and site implementation
