Description Duke Wright’s Midwest Communications is looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and engaging Part-time Promotions Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville, TN Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Promotions Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage on-air and on-site promotional activities that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and advertiser partnerships. This role supports promotional activities across our four local radio stations and offers an outstanding opportunity to break into the industry with a highly respected company. Hours: 20-25 hours per week (must be able to work nights & weekend) Pay: $14.00/hour As our PT Promotions Coordinator, we will ask you to… · Coordinate and execute station promotions, contests, and giveaways across on-air, digital, and social platforms · Plan and manage live events, remotes, and community appearances · Act as on-site lead for station events, ensuring professional setup, branding, and listener engagement · Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client-sponsored promotions and campaigns · Maintain promotional calendars and ensure deadlines are met · Write and organize promotional materials, contest rules, and winner documentation · Manage station inventory including banners, signage, and promotional items · Assist with social media content and digital promotion of events and contests We are asking you to… · Have experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools · Be proficient with cell phones, computers, and audio equipment · Have excellent at communication and interpersonal skills · Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends · Have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and the ability to lift and transport promotional equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
