JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Assistant to support our busy Lettings and Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility, and the opportunity to step up to full-time when covering holidays (up to 12 weeks of the year).
The role is office-based near Old Trafford (with parking available for a monthly fee). Some home working will be required, so candidates must have a suitable work environment and reliable internet connection.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a strong focus on administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
  • Experience in lettings, property, or an administrative environment is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Confident using computers and digital platforms, including G-Suite, Microsoft, CRMs, and other software (full training will be provided)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, service-focused approach with the ability to upsell services where appropriate
