Description We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee daily operations at Layton Preserve, a welcoming residential community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a well-run property, and is seeking a consistent part-time schedule. Position Details: Location: Layton Preserve Schedule: Part-time, approximately 22–25 hours per week. Hours are needed Monday through Friday, primarily during first-shift hours. There is flexibility in how the hours are distributed. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep Support marketing and community engagement efforts Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations. Requirements Qualifications: Prior property management or leasing experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with property management software is a plus Why Join Us?
