Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans including prescribing and managing psychotropic medications. Responsibilities also include collaborating with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment and maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR.
