We are looking for bar / Kitchen staff to work at The Woolpack pub, Chelmsford.

• Applicants must be 18 or over, and have the right to work in the UK.
• To produce and deliver drinks and food that meet with the company requirements and ensure that the service provided meets with the service standards expectations. .
• Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other equipment.
• Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory throughout the events.
• Processing payments and collecting money for drinks and food served, providing change as needed.
• Ensuring that a friendly, efficient, courteous, and consistently high service is always provided whilst interacting with customers.
• Always safeguarding the company’s stocks and monies.
• Understanding and adhering to cleaning disciplines set for all areas.
• Adhering and enforcing all legal and licensing requirements.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and having a good working relationship with your colleagues in all departments, maintaining a high level of communication, teamwork and respect at all times.
