ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Public Relations Officer to manage and address candidate grievances with professionalism and empathy. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for resolving issues, and the ability to maintain strong relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grievance Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates’ concerns, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
• Candidate Support: Actively listen to candidates’ feedback, provide solutions, and maintain open communication channels
• Conflict Mediation: Mediate between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or issues amicably
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of grievances and resolutions
• Process Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction
• Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s reputation by fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional communication at all times
