Overview A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Complete quality control clone determinations on flood research Locate commercial and residential properties on FEMA flood maps and determine the correct flood information for improvements on those properties WHO YOU ARE You possess … Attention to detail to maintain our quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong map reading and comprehension skills A strong work ethic, including reliability, punctuality, and autonomy The ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize Responsibilities DETAILED JOB DUTIES Researching duplicate orders of previously completed flood zone determinations to check for accuracy in the original determination information and completion process. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information used in completing flood zone determinations. Adhere to expected production based on weekly caseload. Occasionally research flood or location information for other projects. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Some college preferred. Strong map reading and comprehension skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong computer skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft software products, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
