We’re a busy, well-established real estate team based in Sherwood Park, serving the greater Edmonton area. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful Part-Time Assistant to help keep our business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys being on the go.
This is not your typical desk job. You’ll be out and about checking on vacant properties, running errands, and delivering materials, while also supporting our team behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Property Checks – Drive to vacant listings to ensure they’re secure and in great shape.
  • Errands & Deliveries – Drop off and pick up materials from our brokerage, the post office, and client properties.
  • Appointment Phone Coverage – Answer and manage incoming calls during evenings and weekends.
  • Marketing Support – Prepare and send direct mail campaigns.
  • General Admin – Filing, printing, photocopying, data entry, and drafting letters.
  • Client Care – Write thank-you cards, prepare closing gifts, and assist with other client touchpoints.
  • Special Projects – Help with whatever’s needed to keep our clients happy and our operations running efficiently.
  • And More – This role is dynamic, so other duties may be assigned as needed.
