The Absolute Hotel are recruiting a Part Time Hotel Receptionist.
The Hotel Receptionist will work closely with and report directly to the Front Office Manager and will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent personal presentation, phone manner and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to maintain and manage consistently high standards of service and manage all operations within the front office department.
  • Be responsible for upselling at front desk.
  • Be responsible for allocations of rooms.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
  • To build a good rapport and be empowered to solve issues as they arise and anticipate guest needs.
  • To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
  • Handling check-ins or check-outs.
  • To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
  • Adhere to all GDPR policies
  • Keeping the front office and the reception area clean and tidy at all times
