JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our Team and serve the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Availability to work some evenings and some Saturdays is a must.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• A professional demeanour with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Familiarity with automotive industry procedures is a plus
• Accounting experience is an plus

• Answer phone calls promptly, displaying exceptional phone etiquette
• Process customer payments
• Maintain accurate customer records and files, ensuring confidentiality
• Provide data entry and administrative support as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
• Address customer inquiries and provide information about services offered
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times
