Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and any additional internal policies.
  • Greet and assist customers and suppliers in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Process payments for both service and sales departments, and issue accurate receipts.
  • Handle refunds with appropriate departmental manager approval.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct individual or department.
  • Balance the till at the end of each day and print corresponding reports.
  • Complete daily credit card batch closings.
  • Accurately fill in attendance for each shift.
  • Ensure TMS (Time Management System) is completed regularly.
  • Match and organize all work orders with their corresponding hard copies on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace throughout the day and upon leaving.
  • Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
