REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations, handling more than one task at a time.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and visitors.
  • Be neat, professional and well groomed.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional Pay:

  • Bonus Pay

Schedule:

  • 10 hour/8 hour/4 hour shifts
  • Every other Saturday: 4-hour shift

Education:

  • Secondary School
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

  • Reception: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently.
  • Schedule patients using computer based software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of skincare products and treatments offered in the clinic.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Overseeing handling of billings and insurance claims.
  • Receiving packages, counting inventory and restocking supplies.
  • Support medical office staff with various clerical duties as required.
  • Ensuring a positive attitude at all times, acting as a leader and role model for staff to emulate.
