Responsibilities
  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and assisting clients or guests who enter the premises.
  • Managing Communications: Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Scheduling and Bookings: Managing meeting room schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating events or catering arrangements.
  • Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, preparing outgoing mail, and arranging for couriers or deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Performing general administrative tasks like filing documents, photocopying, scanning, maintaining records, ordering office supplies, and assisting with data entry.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials such as brochures or forms.
  • Handling Inquiries and Issues: Addressing general questions, redirecting complex inquiries, and reporting maintenance or security concerns to relevant personnel
