Hostelle Amsterdam is looking for parttime receptionist for 2 days for one weekend and one weekday.

The reception will be doing the following tasks:

• Check in guests
• Check out guests
• Reply to emails
• Answer phone calls
• Helping our guests with difficulties or questions
• Keeping a tidy work space and area for the guests
• 2 different type of shifts: 8:00 to 15:00 or 14:30 to 21:30pm
• Flexible in work hours/days (including weekends)
• Thinking out of the box if needed
• Thinking of solutions when there is something wrong (problem solver)
• Must be available during December (Christmas or new year period)
