JOB SUMMARY
As a Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. From answering enquiries to coordinating service appointments and supporting our technicians, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey. REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g. Booking Software, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets)
Available to work morning and afternoon shifts, including Saturdays
Legally eligible to work in Singapore
Minimum A-Level or equivalent
Customer Experience
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails regarding enquiries, appointments, and service updates
Schedule service bookings and ensure smooth handover to the workshop team
Provide clear, accurate updates on vehicle servicing status and timelines
Receive and document customer feedback, escalating where needed
Manage the front desk area to maintain a welcoming and tidy reception
Assist with basic admin duties, including data entry and invoicing
Maintain accurate customer and service records using workshop management systems
Coordinate with technicians and workshop leads to ensure timely updates and job flow
Work collaboratively with service advisors, mechanics, and the marketing team
