QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Strong public relations and organizational skills
• Understanding of geriatrics and long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate with individuals with sensory impairments
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment

• Operate the telephone switchboard and direct calls
• Greet and assist visitors and staff
• Manage visitor registry and conference room bookings
• Distribute mail and compile meal requests
• Assist with copying, collating, and scheduling meetings
• Monitor lobby and common areas for safety
