Boost Psychology is looking for a part time receptionist to join our clinic.
The hours of the position are Sunday and evening hours.

Job Duties:

• Welcome our clients to the clinic
• Take payment through either point of sale or complete direct billing
• Answer telephone and email inquiries
• Office cleaning
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients

Our ideal candidate has:

• Prior reception experience
• Experience with direct billing for paramedical services
• A positive attitude and customer service skills
• Is detail oriented
• Ability to work all of the above listed shifts
