CHAPTER ONE RESTAURANT – LOCKSBOTTOM, BR6

We’re looking for a confident, dynamic person to join our team at Chapter One as a Part-Time Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and help lead the front-of-house team during busy shifts.

• Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries
• Oversee front-of-house operations during your shifts
• Open and close the restaurant, following set procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service
• Handle guest feedback professionally
