We’re now looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly,
professional team in Carlton (1 weekday + Saturday).

• Answer and manage phone calls and client enquiries
• Manage bookings and clinic schedules
• Welcome and assist clients on arrival
• Support our Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with daily tasks
• Assist Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors with in-room preparation
• Recommend and retail products to clients (full training provided)
