WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this exciting role at Ty Gyln Ebwy a service for Eating Disorders,each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working 23 hours a week along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post.
Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign ins, conduct security checks and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.
