DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a related customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including phone and email etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, communicating with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.
  • Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
  • Scan and file documents and assist management with various clerical duties.
